N4U Datasets and Resources Management Funcionalities

Integrating Data in the N4U Environment

To serve scientific research communities of neurodegenerative, white matter and psychiatric diseases, N4U is constantly updated with related datasets and resources.

N4U develops and implements procedures to regularly update growing datasets while accompanying end-users in obtaining access rights to given data.

N4U develops quality control protocols and interfaces for large datasets and helps validate outputs of pipelines. Following their control and validation, selected datasets and data sources are imported, interfaced and integrated in the N4U environment for further use and documentation.

N4U contributes in expanding the existing data management functionalities and enables a comparison of algorithms and pipelines' outputs.
