N4U Image Processing Applications and Analysis Challenge
Data Mining Algorithms, Pipelines and Toolkits validated for User Communities
To successfully develop image processing services, N4U constantly updates new data mining algorithms, pipelines and toolkits useful for the scientific research communities of neurodegenerative, white matter and psychiatric diseases.
These are further assessed, tested, integrated and validated by N4U for their use by end-users.
N4U supports users by advising on the installation of new algorithms, pipelines and toolkits such as the ExpressLane2DCI and VirtualLab2DCI.
Respective outputs, lessons learned and successes are documented, contributing to organize and coordinate the N4U Analysis Challenge and adapt IPR regulations.
